SEAT Exeo 2012

With the renewal of the entire competition, it has been a long time coming for one of SEAT’s current mainstays, the Exeo, to receive its renewal towards the end of this year. As with any good facelift, you can’t expect a deep overhaul, just a more or less thorough refresh.

Specifically, we are talking about changes to the front and rear in the form of a new honeycomb-style front grille and the installation of new headlights and taillights. As is the way of the “fashion“, daytime LED lights have been included in the front headlights. Worth highlighting is the addition to the options catalogue of newly designed 17- and 18-inch alloy wheels.

As for the interior, it seems the entire refresh has come down to a new perforated leather steering wheel, as well as new upholstery options added to the brand’s usual ones. Specifically, we are talking about a new two-tone cognac and black leather upholstery, or textile/Alcantara upholstery in silver.

Mechanically, perhaps here we expected far more attractive novelties. SEAT has decided to keep the current engines, units that will maintain the same power and performance although, according to the Spanish brand, it has managed to reduce the consumption figures they previously showed somewhat.
