SEMA 2010: Honda CR-Z Hybrid R Concept

Only yesterday we were somewhat critical of the preparation carried out by Mugen for doing virtually no work on the hybrid mechanics of the model, something that this new project, carried out by Honda USA, more than covers.
Unfortunately, Honda USA has not wished to specify exactly the performance they have achieved on this model after adding a new low-inertia turbocharger to its mechanics.
A new body kit has been added to this new mechanical system, much sportier and more aggressive, as well as a limited-slip differential, adjustable suspension, slicks, more powerful brakes… in other words, enough to create this attractive CR-Z Hybrid R Concept.
Unfortunately, unlike the vehicle created by Mugen, this model prepared for the 24 Hours of Thunderhill does not seem likely to become a reality. At least, though, this project is a wonderful idea for other tuners as to where the shots should be aimed.
