Shuanghuan will be able to sell the CEO in Italy

Shuanghuan is a Chinese car brand that landed in Europe a year ago, more specifically in Germany and Italy. Its main product is the Shuanghuan CEO, which is inspired by the BMW X5 and the Toyota Land Cruiser.
BMW in Germany filed a lawsuit to prevent its sale , citing its resemblance to the X5 and even the X3. The lawsuit was admitted and Shuanghuan was unable to sell the CEO in German territory. But in the Italian case, it had less luck.
A Milan judge has just allowed Shuanghuan to sell the CEO in Italy, considering that there are not so many similar elements between the X5 of BMW and the CEO. The Shuanghuan CEO will be available on the market from approximately €24,000.
