Something big is happening at the Alfa Romeo factory, and it could be the Giulia QV Coupé
Rumours are flying around and everything points to Alfa Romeo hiding something very interesting. The Italian brand could be working on a Giulia Coupé.

Alfa Romeo made its intentions very clear when it launched the Giulia, a saloon that took over from the iconic 159 of old. With this new model, the Italian brand showed it was not afraid of the German titans and wanted to challenge the BMW 3 Series as well as the Mercedes C-Class with impeccable tuning and a design typical of a brand like Alfa Romeo. However, the company was not content to rest there, so they decided to launch the QV version.
Rumours suggest that something very interesting is being designed at the Italian headquarters and everything points to it being the future two-door Giulia. This possible variant would compete directly with the 4 Series, Audi A5 and Mercedes C-Class Coupé, three models the Italian brand has constantly been trying to outdo. However, the leaked information is not only focused on the car itself, but also on the more radical variant that could bring the QV to life.
It is no surprise that the Italian brand is planning to bring a coupé to market, since it is a body style it has worked on countless times and, thanks to a render circulating on social media, we can get a glimpse of what this two-door Giulia would look like. However, Alfa Romeo does not only plan to make changes to the styling, but also to the mechanics.

On the one hand, we will find the characteristic work of Alfa Romeo when it comes to styling and, given that this model will be based on an existing one, it will be much easier for us to get an idea of what the production model will look like once it is presented. At the same time, we will find more restrained variants but the star attraction has been reserved for the most radical and sporty version.
Everything points to the Ferrari DNA remaining present in the Giulia Coupé and, at the same time, rumours suggest that a V6 will bring the Italian sports car to life but with the help of an electric system inherited from Formula 1. This will mean a considerable increase in power, so we could be talking about a rise from 510 CV to more than 600 CV, something that could also be applied to the saloon and, why not? also to the SUV.

For now the Italian company has made no statements on the matter, but everything points to Alfa Romeo being about to unveil it. Either way, the mere idea of imagining the beauty of the Giulia applied to a two-door body makes our petrolhead heart beat with greater intensity and force.
