Suzuki Burgman 125: the best choice for urban commuting
Suzuki launches a new model joining its 125 cc range in July, with a consumption of just 1.9 l/100 km and the new Suzuki Eco Performance Alpha engine

25 years ago, when the Suzuki Burgman hit the market, it was a true revolution, offering users a comfortable, attractive and, of course, highly capable solution for daily commuting in the city. Recently, the brand has stirred up excitement and great anticipation ahead of the imminent arrival of one of its most awaited models: the Suzuki Burgman Street 125EX.
This scooter was warmly welcomed by 125 cc users and now the brand has decided to launch a new model featuring updates. Recently Suzuki has updated several of its 125 models, such as the Suzuki Avenis or the Suzuki Address, or its latest launch, the Suzuki GSX-8S. Everything points to this scooter reaching Spanish dealerships during the month of July, with a price of 3,099 euros, which makes it even more appealing.

Compact design for a 125
Although its name evokes the qualities that have always characterised the Burgman family, this new model completely redefines the concept of a compact urban scooter. It features slimmer, lighter lines, an efficient and quiet state-of-the-art engine, and the latest technology from Suzuki, tailored to a highly competitive, agile and demanding segment, designed to win over a wide range of riders.
The new Suzuki Burgman Street 125EX will be available in three colours: Lunar Stone Grey, Pearl White and Metallic Matt Black 2. Its July launch joins other news the brand has presented this year, both in the 125 cc motorcycle segment and in higher segments such as the Suzuki GSX-8S.

Single-cylinder engine with enviable fuel economy
This vehicle is equipped with the efficient single-cylinder Suzuki Eco Performance Alpha (SEP-α) engine, a novelty in scooters that the brand has recently begun to include. It meets the Euro 5 anti-pollution standard and has a 125 cc capacity, allowing riders to enjoy its features with two years’ experience on a B car licence. The engine, which has air cooling, is fitted with Suzuki’s fuel injection system, delivering a power output of 6.3 kW at 6,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.0 Nm at 5,500 rpm, achieving a remarkable consumption and performance of just 1.9 l/100 km.
The rider experience has improved significantly thanks to new features such as the new Engine Auto Stop-Start (EASS) system, which stops the engine when idling, the silent start, the sophisticated chassis development and the combined braking system, which provides excellent response and allows the applied force to be distributed and managed across both axles.

The new Suzuki Burgman Street 125EX includes numerous practical and comfort features featuring the latest technological advances. It has LED lighting at the front and rear, a digital instrument cluster, a long, well-padded seat for both rider and passenger, a spacious 21.5-litre storage compartment under the seat, two practical hooks, a glove box with lid and a USB socket fitted as standard in the front shield for charging smartphones. It also features a flat, spacious floor that includes front footrests for greater comfort.
In addition, it benefits from excellent financing conditions through the flexible Suzuki Option scheme, which allows each customer to choose reduced instalments tailored to their needs, dividing the final price of 3,099 euros into several payments.
