Tata seeks a successor to Ratan Tata

The Indian conglomerate announced in a press release that the company’s current head will retire in 2012 at the age of 74, so the group began to look for a replacement for the chairman of the Tata Group.
Since Ratan Tata took the reins of the family business in 1991, the company has managed to grow positively thanks to a diverse industrial portfolio; one of its most important business moves was the acquisition of a well-known tea brand (Tetley) in 2000.
Other acquisitions and partnerships followed, increasing the profitability of the conglomerate, until in 2008 it was announced that Tata Motors would buy Jaguar and Land Rover, two British companies that put the Indian manufacturer on the global automotive map.
And continuing with its policy of strengthening its presence in the four-wheeled world, it acquired 100% of Hispano Carrocera last year.
In short, the committee in charge of examining the candidates for the position of chairman is looking for a person who is capable of maintaining the vision set by Ratan Tata over the last decade, since the company does not want the internationalization of the group to stall now that growth prospects have important focal points.

buenas tardes, soy un laino, de costarica, solo habra un señor único, don ratán tata, pero la visión omiricritica y la sapiensa de un humanista son de la y para la humanidas, de ganhi aprendí el valor del ,coraje , de cristo a saber encarnar la misión, de la madre teresa la compasión, de juan pablo segundo, el amor por todos, de henry ford, lo que la tecnología puede evolucionar un país, pero de mis padres, de mi madre casi una escenia , el amor por la madre naturaleza, , de mi padre el amor por el trabajo cotidiano y de ambos el amor por su familia, desde la pobreza material, nos dieron un hogar, el mundo debe entrar en un proceso de reepurificación con la praxis y no la catedra, llego el momento de la responsabilidad social, ambiental, y por la seguridad alimentaria, planetaria, y de más allá, porque la responsabilidad debe asumirse, vienvenido su grupo coorporativo , sñor ratan tata a mi país, por aquí tengo mactro ideas, si ustede me da la opción, dios y yo y su macro coorporació, pero de su persona he observado, qsue la ética es la ética, una sola casa planetaria, diferentes culturas, una oloa humanudad, pero solo en dios se deja que el destino ,él lo forje y trabajndo se logre, luchar contra los mezquinos interes de las fuerzas oscuras, no es facil, pero con temple, poco a poco se logra, se retraza, no se fracasa, dios los bendiga y que los dioses de su amada india, los llene de protección, abundancia, no a la guerra de ideologias, religiones, y bajop el formatode abrazar a sus anillos peerifericos, ahora el tigre de vengala , debe entrar al patio trasero del continente americano, con tacto, silencioso, y protegido por los bosque de bambusa, hay mucho qu e hacer y dae, gracias por su tolerancia.
