The all-new KIA ProCeed closer than ever: this is what its updated rear end looks like
Kia is about to unveil the all-new ProCeed, a model that adopts a new look and will be presented at a European event on 13 September.

Kia is attacking the current competition with force and determination with its renewed range of models, which has been quickly updated. Now it is the turn of one of the most successful models from the Korean brand, the ProCeed. The compact par excellence from Kia is being updated in a major way, but leaving behind its original concept to venture into a new world. In this way, the Korean brand gives the ProCeed a significant evolution that moves it up a segment, not only to take on more rivals, but also to offer its customers a far more versatile philosophy.
Kia wanted to generate anticipation by starting with a new silhouette adopted by the ProCeed, which lets us glimpse a sleek estate. However, this will not be the only option available for the Korean model, since the sportier variants bearing the GT badge are about to see the light alongside this new ProCeed, and which aim to go directly after the segment of the GTI compacts.
While the sportier variants have not yet been revealed to the world, Kia has wanted to whet our appetite with a rather tempting teaser. In it, we can see a rear end that hints at a bodywork significantly close to the shooting brake concept. In this way, the Korean brand manages to offer a much more attractive and subtle design, where soft, rounded lines combine with a modern finish.

The Korean engineers have taken as their basis the Kia ProCeed concept car presented in 2017. This means that many of the features we will see on this new generation will look familiar, but all of them will be adapted to the brand’s standards and to current market tastes. We can see this reflected in the rear lights, which run across the full width of the tailgate thanks to a thin line of LED lights that joins both headlights end to end.
However, the front end remains a complete unknown to us, since Kia has only shared the rear with us. In this way, the Korean brand makes sure to keep the mystery and intrigue surrounding the new ProCeed, which will be fully revealed on 13 September at a European event, since this new generation is destined exclusively for Europe.

At the same time, Kia plans to give the whole world the chance to meet the new ProCeed at the Paris Motor Show, where it will become one of the main stars. This event will take place on 2 October, and will allow attendees to see the latest creation from Kia first-hand and in full detail.
