The Evantra by Faralli & Mazzanti

Faralli & Mazzanti has unveiled the Evantra, its new handcrafted creation as part of its foray into the world of supercars. It will be equipped with a BMW 3.5-litre engine in two versions, with twin turbo or naturally aspirated.

Faralli & Mazzanti is an Italian coachbuilding company that has unveiled its new creation called Evantra, a sports car handcrafted entirely by hand. With a production run of just five examples, the Evantra will carry a very exclusive aura, meant for only a select few.

From the renders that have been circulating online, we now move on to real-world images. The Evantra is a sports car far more elaborate than Faralli & Mazzanti’s earlier creations, such as the Vulca V12 or the Vulca S. We are now looking at a sports car much more stylised that features aerodynamic lines closer to those of any other vehicle in its class. It was designed by the same Hungarian designer responsible for the Vulca line, Zsolt Tarnok.

The Evantra (a word derived from Etruscan and representing immortality) will be fitted with a 3.5-litre, six-cylinder engine of BMW origin, available in two variants: 403 horsepower for the naturally aspirated version and 603 horsepower for the twin-turbo version, according to the manufacturer’s data. The acceleration figure quoted is 3.7 seconds to reach 100 km/h.

Faralli & Mazzanti will deliver the Evantra in two different versions depending on the body material used: the Pro-Body version will be made of composite material and will be immediately available. The One-Body version will be entirely in hand-forged aluminium and customisable by the customer.
