360 Modena Ferrari Curiosities Supercars
The Ferrari 360 of Banega burned to ash in flames
Banega’s Ferrari 360 caught fire last Monday while he was on his way to training.

Well, look at that, a Ferrari on fire! How strange! Sad news reached us last Monday. Éver Banega’s Ferrari 360, the Valencia Club de Fútbol player’s car, ended up engulfed in flames after a possible leak in an oil or fuel line. The Cavallino had just arrived in the hands of the unlucky sportsman.
The Ferrari 360 Modena/Spider (I’m showing both variants since it’s impossible to tell from the photos which one it is) caught fire while on its way to the training ground.
Ferrari representatives in Spain, after reading all the comments online, went so far as to state the following: It hadn’t even been long since he’d bought it, it doesn’t cost 200,000 euros, and it isn’t true that Ferraris catch fire frequently. Deep down they have a point, and the blame for the fire lies with the car having been left parked for far too long.

The truth is that Ferraris are just as likely (with the exception of the early 458 Italia) to catch fire as any other car, but the problem arises when photos and videos appear online and spread quickly, as in the case we are covering today.
This Ferrari in question, as far as we know, sat unused for months without being started, so it is normal that some hose or fuel and/or oil line was in poor condition, and after the brief week it stayed in the footballer’s hands it deteriorated more than usual, causing a leak that later led to the coupé being completely engulfed in fire.

Por las llantas tiene toda la pinta de ser un 360 Módena Challenge Stradale (425 cv) y sería por lo tanto un coupé. Muchos saludos.
