The Ford Bronco Sport proves what an off-roader is all about

When we think of an off-roader, many of the models sold to tackle terrain off the paved road come to mind. But let’s be realistic. Not all of the models marketed as capable of leaving the asphalt are able to do so properly. The Ford Bronco Sport, which unfortunately cannot be found in Spain, shows us in a video what it is capable of. And not precisely on difficult terrain, but on what could be considered impossible to overcome.

This video comes from the Instagram account of Vaughn Grittin Jr and shows us the capabilities of this American model. We can see it tackling the terrain known as Hell’s Gate, in Moab. Behind the wheel of this Ford Bronco Sport Badlands unit is Loren Healy, a driver used to taking on this kind of challenge with vehicles prepared for it.

Because it must be taken into account that this vehicle is capable of this feat, but this unit has been fitted with the 1.5-inch lift kit being tested by RTR, which is delivering the results they were looking for without any problems.

At one point in the video we can see that there comes a moment when it seems it won’t be able to climb the incline and is left on three wheels. But even so, it doesn’t lose heart, and with the driver pressing the accelerator, it manages to resume the climb and reach the top of the trail. A test that, of course, not just anyone can do, and requires a lot of cool-headedness and a suitable vehicle.

The Ford Bronco Sport has started being sold in the United States, after the oval brand had put several test units on the market so that potential buyers could see for themselves what this vehicle is capable of. A tip: even if you get one of these SUVs, it’s best not to do this. Although the vehicle can manage it, you have to know how to handle it.
