The Hulme F1 has finally found its way into production

Although New Zealand is an unknown country when it comes to the car industry, they have managed to produce supercars, and one of them, the Hulme F1, has made it to the production stage.

The road taken by the Hulme F1, named in homage to New Zealand’s only Formula 1 world champion, Denny Hulme, has been quite long, since its conception dates back to 2006. But funding was needed for development, which has only now arrived, five years later.

Hulme promises that the handcrafted quality will be “comparable to that of Pagani”, confirming the use of a supercharged GM V8 engine that would deliver around 700 CV, homologated for both Europe and the USA.

The estimated price for the Hulme CanAm Spyder will be about 350,000 euros, and the new start date for production will be at the end of next year, while nothing is said about the Hulme Spyder, the other variant that was planned from the beginning.
