The Hyundai Ioniq 3 becomes a connected, well-equipped vehicle with intuitive technology

The Hyundai Ioniq 3 features technology equipment designed to deliver more efficient and intuitive driving for European drivers.

The Hyundai Ioniq 3 is one of the models in the electrified range launched by the South Korean brand. With this model, it aims to bring electrification closer to European users and, above all, to bring the Ioniq range within reach of a greater number of drivers.

To this end, the design language Art Steel has been created, which features minimalist lines, and to which the Aero Hatch body design has been added. The aerodynamic behaviour is sound and combines with bold, dynamic lines. The interior has been arranged so that it offers enough comfort for everyday use.

The Hyundai Ioniq 3 has this body design, except for the Ioniq 3 N Line, which has a decisive, muscular character. The model offers several interior colour schemes and a very intuitive layout. On the exterior, several wheel sizes are available, ranging from 16 to 18 inches. Added to this are several personalisation options featuring elegant, high-quality finish codes.

A functional and intuitive cabin

The cabin features the Furnished Space treatment available on the Hyundai, which treats each interior element as a piece of furniture rather than a simple component. In addition, there is a wide range of options to personalise the interior according to the driver’s tastes.

To improve the vehicle’s usability, the PLEOS Connect infotainment system has been added. It is the new system offered by Hyundai, and the Ioniq 3 is the first model to fit it in Europe. It is based on Android Automotive, although with modifications made by Hyundai to bring it into the brand’s ecosystem.

The central screen is available in two sizes, 12.9 and 14.6 inches, depending on the chosen configuration. Alongside it is a second, thinner screen oriented towards the driver, offering all the necessary information in a clear and simple way. In addition, PLEOS Connect includes the APP Market store, where apps developed by third parties can be added, under the supervision of Hyundai.

At present there are 10 launch apps, but it is expected that 30 available apps will be reached before 2027. It also features Gleo AI, an AI-powered voice assistant. With this system, interaction with the vehicle is more immediate and intuitive, making the system relevant, simple to use and efficient.

A car designed for the European driver

This model has been designed with European drivers’ habits in mind and the infrastructure of our neighbouring countries. It is an ideal vehicle for urban and suburban mobility, but also for comfortably making longer journeys on European roads. This model is manufactured at the Hyundai Motor Türkiye plant in Izmit, which simplifies logistics and helps keep costs down so that prices can be kept competitive in Spain and the rest of our market.
