If you enjoy cars as much as video games, you’ll have noticed that driving games and flight simulators have existed since the early days and keep evolving. But did you expect a manufacturer to release a car based on a video game? Personally, I didn’t. But here comes the Jeep Wrangler Black Ops Edition, which will launch almost at the same time as the game Call of Duty: Black Ops.

This Wrangler will feature exclusively black paint, with Call of Duty: Black Ops logos painted on the sides and roof. It will come with some accessories from the Mopar catalogue, such as 32-inch wheels and little else.

Basically it will be the same as any Wrangler, but with customisation included, although this model will feature the latest general redesign given to the Wrangler Rubicon. And while the game can really get your adrenaline pumping, the Wrangler Black Ops Edition won’t do the same, because it will be equipped with the 3.8 V6 engine, which meets emissions standards.

Of course, the collaboration between Jeep and Activision will be reciprocal, as the Wrangler will appear in several levels of the game, and needless to say it will be identical in every way to the real model.
