EQE SUV Mercedes Electric Cars SUV
The Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV will make its debut on the next 16 October
On 16 October we will be able to see the new Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV.

Mark the date in your calendar, because the brand with the star will present live the fourth EQ model of the Mercedes-Benz electric family. We are referring to the Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV. This model will be presented on 16 October in a video that alternates dreamlike and real-life scenes. It is expected to resemble the Mercedes-Benz EQE saloon, but it will be more affordable than the Mercedes-Benz EQS.
The German brand has hinted that the EQE SUV offers “a very versatile interior”, which it has already revealed. Almost identical to its saloon counterpart, it features a hyperscreen that stretches across the dashboard and turbine-style vents at its ends.
It will also be offered in five selected colour combinations. Mercedes-Benz has previously shown the combination of balao brown and neva grey leather. Meanwhile, a new trim material will offer “the warmth of wood with the technical freshness of aluminium”.
Everything you need to know before its presentation

Although Mercedes-Benz has not yet shared official exterior photos, spy shots have managed to capture it without any camouflage. A completely closed “grille” and rearward-angled headlights connected by an LED light bar tie its design to the rest of the EQ range.
As, in effect, an elevated version of the EQE saloon, we expect the powertrain options to be very similar. That should mean a 90 kWh battery and a rear-mounted motor producing 292 CV.
A dual-motor version is also expected. With those two motors, the EQE 53 4MATIC+ produces up to 687 CV, although we may see a version with 475 CV. Four-wheel steering will be standard equipment on the SUV model.
Mercedes-Benz will broadcast the model’s presentation on its YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter profiles. The SUV is expected to enter production at the end of this year at the brand’s plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
