The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series in action

After months of making do with only a few spy images and videos of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series running around the old Nürburgring circuit, now that we can see all its features and photographs first-hand, the long-awaited official video of the German gullwing supercar has arrived.

After the jump you can see the new lines highlighted between the white bodywork and the black carbon-fibre parts such as the spoilers, splitters and alloy wheels. The only criticism we can make of the video is the absence of the roar of the naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8. We all would have loved to hear it for the first time with that new exhaust system.

As a reminder, or for those who haven’t yet read the article, this new German supercar has been boosted to 622 CV by a naturally aspirated V8 engine. These improvements come with a reduction in overall weight and aerodynamic enhancements more suited to the track than to the road.
