The MINI Convertible Seaside Edition, the version celebrating the model's 30th anniversary

It has been 30 years since the MINI Convertible was launched on the market, so the British brand has wanted to commemorate this date with a special edition. It is called the MINI Convertible Seaside Edition and is designed to make this model even more attractive and with more complete equipment.

Among the new features this version incorporates, the 18-inch Pulse Spoke wheels stand out. The exclusive exterior paint Caribbean Aqua and the graphics exclusive to this special edition are other highlights that cannot be found in other versions of the model.

These exclusive details include the two lines that originate at the front and run along the doors towards the rear of the vehicle. A logo referencing this 30th anniversary can be seen on the front apron and on the wheel caps, creating the vehicle’s exclusive look.

The front lettering is printed in light and dark blue, while the rear features orange. The interior also includes exclusive details for the Seaside Edition. In the cabin, we can find decorative stripes on the front dashboard. On the floor, the special 30th Anniversary edition badge can be seen, which also appears on the steering wheel and on the key used by the driver.

In addition to the fabric roof, this edition features an 8.8-inch screen, together with the Premium Plus package and MINI’s driving modes.

As for the engine, this special anniversary model uses the MINI Cooper S powertrain, namely the 2.0-litre engine that delivers 178 CV. It is equipped with TwinTurbo Power technology and is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.2 seconds. Its consumption is 6.5-6.9 litres per 100 kilometres.

First deliveries are scheduled for March 2023, and it will have a price in the United Kingdom of £34,500, which is approximately 39,363 euros.
