The Mitsubishi RVR Crossover, exclusive to Japan in spring

As part of a new Mitsubishi offensive to bring a global crossover to market (a much-trending word these days), the brand will begin by unveiling the first example in its home country, Japan, next spring.
According to Mitsubishi, the RVR is a highly environmentally efficient vehicle, with a compact body that offers ample cargo space and strong performance. A line that sticks to the classics in these cases, when the product is still unknown and we must rely on digital sketches.
The new crossover will feature a 1.8 MIVEC petrol engine and will measure approximately 4.30 metres in length, achieving a certain efficiency in consumption thanks to its compact body, which keeps weight fairly well controlled. And this RVR will certainly not be the brand’s only crossover, nor the first, as it will join the range that currently includes the Pajero and Outlander.
The Mitsubishi RVR will be sold globally wherever the brand has the strongest presence, so the USA, Europe and Asia, mainly China, are the markets chosen for its future sale, on a date yet to be determined.
