The new Nissan Juke 2020 will continue to have a distinctive character
It is an open secret that the new Nissan Juke is being produced. Thanks to the photos you will see below, we can see that the Japanese model will keep that distinctive design, so easy to identify, which has been so successful.
For the first time, the second generation of the successful Nissan Juke has been spotted and camouflaged on the roads. Thanks to the images of the new Nissan Juke 2020, obtained by our colleagues at Carscoops, we can see, or rather get an idea of what its appearance will be, since, as you can see, the model is practically covered in its entirety.

Despite the efforts of the Japanese company to keep this model under the strictest secrecy, the truth is that the camouflage used does not hide the lines enough, which reveals, among other things, that the model has a design that is really similar to that of the previous generation.
It shares practically identical proportions with its predecessor, to the point that they are dangerously the same. It does not seem that attention has been paid to this point, which may turn out to be a great success or could lead to disappointment among customers, who perhaps were looking for something new.

The biggest difference from the previous generation, however, can be seen at the rear of the Juke, where there is a new design for the brake lights, similar to those of the larger Nissan Qashqai.
The front shares almost all of its similarities with the first generation; however, the model that will go on sale in 2020 will feature a new grille inspired by the Nissan Leaf.
We do not yet have photos showing the interior, but in one of those we offer today, we can glimpse how the centre console and various parts of the dashboard will look.

In them we can see what appears to be a screen with a “floating” effect. It is difficult to say whether the final design will have these features or not, but what is clear is that the Juke will have all the most modern systems available at the time, within its own price range, of course.
Although there seem to be few differences, the new Nissan Juke for 2020 will be built on a completely new platform. The architecture chosen for the project appears to be the CMF-B, which is also used in models such as the new Renault Clio. It is compatible with electric models and perfect for hybrids, which we know will be present in this new generation of the Juke, and that is no coincidence.
As for its engine options, it seems it will offer a 1.0 three-cylinder option, a 1.6 four-cylinder turbo petrol engine, as well as a 1.5 turbo diesel.

The new CMF-B platform will also improve the interior space of the new Nissan Juke, especially in the rear seats, which have been harshly criticised by tall or large people, who felt the cabin did not offer enough comfort and was too small for a car that is supposedly an SUV.
There are still many details to be revealed, but everything suggests that the new Nissan Juke for 2020 is set to make a strong impact, keeping the things that made it great, such as its design, and improving on criticisms such as its limited space.
