The new Renault Clio is revealed

After we had our eyes filled with the hope of seeing the Renault Clio Williams in action again, AutoExpress has just published the first images of the new-generation Clio, a Clio with a more aggressive character than usual.

What the designer Laurens van den Acker was originally commissioned to do, that the Clio would incorporate something of the DeZir concept, has become a reality. The front adopts more rounded shapes, accompanied by the new light design, outlined in chrome.

Although the details of the powertrains it will have are not yet revealed -its presentation will be next year in Geneva-, Renault was able to anticipate that there will almost certainly be a variant with the turbo three-cylinder engine, just as we told you a couple of months ago.

Continuing with the rumours, and now on the side of the Renault Sport, the sporty version of the Clio will this time carry a new 1.6-litre turbo engine, although its arrival will come after the presentation in Geneva.
