The new Renault Clio Sport: the most efficient car in its category

Since 2000, successive variants of the Renault Clio Sport have driven the model to become the most popular car in its category with total sales of more than 70,000 units. The model, which has the best sales of the brand, has been unanimously chosen by users as the best car on the market and also as the most fun to drive.

The challenge faced by the engineers when designing the new Clio Sport was to build a model that improved on the strengths and dynamism of the previous model. To do so, they built a model that is striking both outside and inside.

On the exterior, there are elements clearly inspired by the world of F1, such as the front splitters, rear diffuser, front spoiler and air extractors, which are technologies that form a unique package on the market.

The interior is dedicated to driving enjoyment and can be adapted to each customer thanks to its wide variety of trims and options. It also includes numerous safety features and an integrated GPS system.

Among the features of the new generation of the Clio Sport, the availability of a Sport chassis, Brembo brakes, and a power output of 203 cv at 3,000 rpm which, combined with its low weight, makes the Clio Sport truly fast.

To make the model even more striking and to satisfy the most exclusive customers, Renault has decided to create two lines: one elegant and sporty that seeks comfort and the best equipment, and the absolute performance line, for the most passionate customers, which boasts the best power-to-weight ratio in its class: 6 kg/cv.
