Chinese manufacturers, besides drawing inspiration from other models, are also famous for how quickly they learn. A few years ago they presented models of poor quality based on other models, but today many of them have their own technology and of a high level, especially when it comes to hybrid and electric vehicles.

This is the case of the Zotye brand, which, despite having a small presence in the market and a modest impact on it, has already developed its first electric model, entirely, with a range and a price that are more than reasonable. The Zotye Pure Electric SUV can be purchased from 110,980 yuan (12,554 euros at the current exchange rate).

Zotye’s new electric vehicle is built on the basis of the Nomad (a Terios from a few generations ago) and offers good performance. The range is 300 km and it has a top speed of 110 km/h (more than enough for this model). Without a doubt, it is a good entry into the electric market.
