Renault Scénic Electric Cars ECO SUV
The new Renault Scenic E-TECH Electric is now priced for Spain and is competitive against its rivals
Renault opens orders for the new Scenic E-TECH Electric, which is available from 39,900 euros for the version with 430 km of range, and from 46,900 euros for the more powerful variant with 225 CV and 625 km of range

Renault is launching one of the most interesting electric cars for this new year 2024: the new Renault Scenic E-TECH, which will go head to head with other newcomers to the segment, such as the Peugeot 3008 Electric, the BMW iX1, the Volvo XC40 Recharge Electric, the BYD Atto 3 or the Hyundai Kona Electric, among others. As you will see, things are getting serious in the compact electric SUV category…
You can find more details about the Renault proposal in our first hands-on drive with the Scenic E-TECH. Let us recall that this is what we could consider a more practical and family-oriented version of the Megane E-TECH Electric, mainly due to its SUV format and its dimensions: almost 30 cm longer, 10 wider and 6 taller than the Mégane, with a wheelbase also extended by 10 centimetres. The Scenic E-TECH offers much more space for passengers and a boot capacity of 545 litres. But now it’s time to talk about its range for Spain and prices.
Two batteries to choose from, up to 625 km of range and Alpine esprit trim
The Scenic E-TECH range for the Spanish market comes with five variants from launch, resulting from combining the two motor/battery versions with the evolution, techno, iconic and Alpine esprit trims. It is the first time that Renault offers this sporty trim on a 100% electric model.

For the versions with a 60 kWh battery the motor output is 170 CV, and the WLTP range reaches 430 km. With the higher-capacity 87 kWh battery, the motor delivers 220 CV, and up to 625 km can be covered on a single charge, according to the WLTP cycle. List prices, without applying any discount or Plan MOVES, are as follows:
- Scenic E-TECH evolution 170 CV: 39,900 €
- Scenic E-TECH techno 170 CV: 42,900 €
- Scenic E-TECH techno 220 CV: 46,900 €
- Scenic E-TECH Alpine esprit 220 CV: 49,500 €
- Scenic E-TECH iconic 220 CV: 50,900 €
All versions come with heat pump as standard and a battery preconditioning system. The standard AC charger is 7 kW, and a 22 kW charger can be optionally fitted, priced at 1,500 euros. The maximum DC charging power is 130 kW for the versions with the 60 kWh battery, and up to 150 kW with the large-capacity battery.
Option packs with attractive prices
In addition to the comprehensive standard equipment from the evolution version, Renault configures optional equipment based on attractive packs with very competitive prices, although not all are offered for every trim. The advanced driving assist pack, for example, can be ordered for the techno and Alpine esprit trims, and for 800 euros includes a safe exit assist for occupants, blind spot detection and lane departure prevention, rear collision warning, assisted emergency braking in reverse and intelligent adaptive cruise control.

The augmented vision pack, only for the Iconic versions, adds for 1,000 euros the intelligent interior rear-view mirror, hands-free parking and 3D camera with panoramic view. There is an option that combines this pack with the driver assistance pack for 1,500 euros, and it can be chosen for the techno and Alpine esprit trims. Other interesting options are the panoramic glass roof (1,500 euros), the Harman Kardon audio pack with OpenR Link multimedia system with navigation (850 euros), or the various body paint finishes, with multiple two-tone combinations (from 1,300 euros).
