The new Toyota Supra spotted by chance at the Jarama Circuit!

Last weekend, unexpectedly, the new camouflaged Toyota Supra was spotted at the Madrid Jarama Circuit. A video was recorded, but could this be a premeditated strategy by the Japanese manufacturer?

Few details are known so far about the new Toyota Supra. The model has been shrouded in the utmost secrecy since its confirmation.

We only know that it will share common features with the BMW Z4, especially in terms of mechanics, as it will be built on the same platform.

Thanks to a leak that took place some time ago, it is known that the Supra will share engines with the BMW Z4, specifically: 20i and 30i with a power output of 248 CV for the first and 335 CV and 6 cylinders for its 30i version.

In the video we present today, offered by Autofácil.es , via the Facebook platform, one of these eagerly awaited models was spotted at the Madrid Jarama Circuit. The car is wrapped in camouflage in an attempt to hide its final design; however, it can clearly be seen that it bears many similarities to the prototype presented by the brand, which you can learn more about in this article we published last year.

Another detail we have is that this vehicle will only be available with an automatic gearbox, a detail that has undoubtedly not pleased enthusiasts who hoped for other options in such an iconic and sporty car as the Toyota Supra.

One can only wonder whether this secrecy surrounding the model for so long was ultimately revealed deliberately or whether it was an unforeseen event they had not taken into account.

In any case, the new Toyota Supra looks fantastic in terms of its clean lines and design. We will just have to see whether it lives up to its predecessors, which were so influential in motoring culture and earned their place in history…
