The Nissan X-Trail remains a good choice for experiencing adventure

The new Nissan X-Trail remains a good choice for adventures at the wheel of a crossover that is ready for any terrain. This new version of the Nissan off-roader features an improved exterior design, as well as better off-road capabilities to tackle any challenge you may face. It also now features a range of connectivity systems and interior changes that offer greater comfort for the seven passengers who can travel in it.
The Nissan X-Trail is built on the Common Module Family (CMF) platform, which is shared by Nissan and Renault. It keeps the look of the previous generation, but with current technology on board. Its appearance has also changed, showing the brand’s design language that is now on all Nissan models. At the front, its focus is on the LED headlights, on the highest-spec versions of the range. LED technology is also present in the light signature, which gives it an unmistakable identity.
In terms of equipment, it has automatic opening and closing of the tailgate and an openable glass panoramic roof. Inside, the optional third row of seats allows up to 7 occupants to travel very comfortably, thanks to the interior space. They can use the benefits of NissanConnect to stay connected at all times.

The engines added to this model are the dCi 130 diesel and the recently added 1.6 DIG-T 163 petrol engine. Both offer a balance between consumption and efficiency, and while the petrol engine is only front-wheel drive, the diesel unit can be chosen with this drive or with four-wheel drive. This is the new ALL MODE 4×4-i transmission.
Production will start at nine plants around the world and, thanks to the driver-assistance technology it features, will aim to match the success of its predecessor.
