DS 5 Performance Line

The new DS Performance Line range, developed by the brand’s designers and engineers in collaboration with the DS Automobiles Competition Division, offers sophistication and sportiness. High-quality finishes, connectivity, comfort and exclusive materials are the strong points of the DS 5 Performance Line.

At first glance, elements such as the 19″ “Full Black” black alloy wheels, decorated with a DS logo on a red background in the centre of the wheel, or the two-tone bodywork stand out. The DS 5 Performance Line offers a wide range of colours, among which the Pearl White, Platinum Grey, Artense Grey, Pearl Black and Hurricane Grey stand out, all of them in combination with a black roof. At the front, it features DS LED Vision headlights, to which are added the directional xenon projectors, two exclusive technologies.

Inside, this refined touch is noticeable in details such as the mixed upholstery of the seats, which combines leather with Dinámica fabric, with the words Performance Line embroidered on the backrest of the front seats. The topstitching on the leather steering wheel, the door panels and the gear lever gaiter, the aluminium pedals, the exclusive analogue clock and the specific floor mats help give the cabin a sporty feel.

If all those exterior and interior details were not enough to meet customers’ expectations, they can choose a cabin fully trimmed in Napa leather, which extends to the Bracelet fabric of the seats and to the dashboard and the front and rear door panels, the work of the master upholsterers of DS Automobiles.

Connectivity could not be missing from the DS 5 Performance Line’s equipment. It features the brand’s latest technological developments, such as the 7″ touchscreen on the dashboard, on which smartphone apps can be mirrored thanks to Mirror Screen, adapted to the MirrorLink protocols, for Android and Apple CarPlay. In addition, you can enjoy connected servicesDS, through the DS Connect Box.

As regards engines, the DS 5 Performance Line offers a range that stands out for its efficiency and high performance. In petrol, it will be available with the 1.6-litre S&S THP 165 CV engine paired with the six-speed EAT6 (Efficient Automatic Transmission) automatic gearbox, and the 1.6-litre S&S THP 210 CV with a six-speed manual gearbox, while the diesel offer comprises the BlueHDi S&S 2.0 150 CV engine, with a six-speed manual gearbox and, at the top of the range, the BlueHDi S&S 2.0 180 CV with the six-speed EAT6 automatic gearbox.
