The Saab museum and other properties have been frozen by the Swedish government

In Sweden there is a government agency that is among the most feared. The Kronofogden. This office ensures it acts as the enforcement arm of the courts that handle bankruptcies and debtors and, among its other duties, secures the assets of debtors that the Swedish government protects, as in this case.
This office has taken over the Saab Museum, and therefore all the cars the museum holds, plus the addition of some other movable assets of the company. The government has not yet seized them, but it will if Saab fails to comply with the guidelines it presented for its reorganization just a few hours ago.
If Saab fails to pay its debts, all of the brand’s historic cars will be auctioned off, including the first Saab ever built. Also included are display stands, engines and various tools that Saab had stored at its museum facilities.
