The Suzuki Vitara gets younger in Europe and shows its new face
The Japanese model has received an aesthetic and equipment update and shows its new face ahead of its launch before the summer of this year 2024.

The current generation of the Suzuki Vitara was launched in 2014 and has had several updates over the years. This year it has received a new update, which brings it up to date and makes it look younger so it can remain a valid car for a few more years. The new facelift offers some novelties, above all in terms of styling, although the technological equipment will also benefit from an update, to make driving with it even safer.
This means that, at first glance, the Suzuki Vitara still maintains the same exterior appearance, although there are changes. Above all, at the front. It now has a new black front bumper and slimmer, lighter-looking front DLR lights. The fog lights have been removed, which changes the front appearance and makes it cleaner and simpler.

The grille has also been updated and, overall, the front provides a much more modern look that is more in keeping with the times we live in. For this new look of the Suzuki Vitara, the designers have added a new set of alloy wheels and two new body colours: Titan Dark Grey Pearl Metallic and Sphere Blue Pearl, combined with a Cosmic Black Pearl Metallic roof.
The interior has also received an update. The instrument panel remains analogue, but a nine-inch screen has been incorporated to control the information and entertainment system. USB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity are also included. It is also compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, so in terms of connectivity it offers several very efficient solutions.

The range of ADAS has been updated and improved with the addition of more efficient and safer safety features to achieve risk-free driving. Among the systems incorporated into the Suzuki Vitara are driver monitoring, traffic sign recognition and a lane keeping assist.
No changes to the engine
As for the engine, the Suzuki Vitara keeps the same engines offered in the current version. For example, the turbocharged 1.4-litre petrol engine produces 127 CV, but the 48-volt mild hybrid system adds 14 CV more. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox, which sends torque to the front wheels or to all four wheels when the AllGrip Select 4WD system is fitted.
The traditional hybrid version uses a 140-volt battery. The 1.5-litre engine produces 99 CV and the electric motor adds 33 CV, so the combined power reaches 115 CV. In this case, it is paired with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
This new update to the Suzuki Vitara will hit the European market in early summer and it is at that time that the prices of these new vehicles from the Japanese brand will be announced.
