Auris Toyota Family Range / versions
The Toyota Auris Touring Sports Now Available in Spain

Finally, Toyota has commercially launched the Toyota Auris Touring Sports in our country. The family version of the Auris, a model from the Japanese brand that has been widely embraced in our market, arrives to compete head-on with the Ford Focus Sportbreak, Hyundai i30 CW and Opel Astra SW, a segment in which Toyota has had no presence since the days of the Corolla.
It shares its design with the five-door Auris and has a certain familiarity with the Avensis Wagon, with a load capacity of up to 1,658 litres. Among the details highlighted by Toyota are those relating to making the most of the load area and improving its functionality, essential in a family vehicle. Thus, it features the Easy Flat system, which folds down the rear seats with a single touch, a double-bottom floor, a dividing net and a luggage cover.
In our country it will be the first family car in this segment available with a Full Hybrid system, in addition to the usual diesel and petrol engine offering. The petrol engines on offer will be the 1.6-litre Valvematic, with 132 horsepower; there will be two diesels of 1.4 litres and 90 horsepower and of 2.0 litres and 124 horsepower. The hybrid version (with its battery installed under the rear seats) delivers 136 horsepower and achieves a combined fuel consumption of 3.7 L/100 km.

The family Auris is 285 mm longer than the five-door version and shares the same dynamic characteristics, to which it adds versatility and greater boot capacity. Alongside this, the vehicle’s height has been reduced and the tailgate has been designed with better aerodynamics in mind to improve consumption and emissions.
In terms of equipment, the Toyota Auris Touring Sports will feature new alloy wheels, keyless entry and start system, electrochromic interior rear-view mirror, panoramic solar roof, LED rear lights, parking assistance and the Toyota Touch & Go Plus.
Prices in our country start at 15,990 euros for the entry-level version, rising to the top of the range, priced at around 23,460 euros.
