The Volkswagen Polo R-Line begins its sales in Spain

Volkswagen begins sales in Spain of a new version of its Polo, the R-Line, with an air of greater sportiness and with interior and exterior touches that accentuate a certain aggressiveness. Volkswagen already had among its ranks two R-Line versions of the Golf and the Scirocco, in addition to the Beetle presented in Frankfurt.

The interior equipment of the new member of the R-Line family includes a whole series of elements and details that enhance its sportier look. Highlights include the front headrests with the specific logo of this version, the “Kyalami” upholstered seats, the aluminium pedals, as well as the sporty leather steering wheel and the door sill trim with the R-Line logo. In addition, the roof lining and cabin pillars are black, the same as in the GTI.

Externally, the Polo R-Line will be distinguished by the rear spoiler and the sporty sill extensions in body colour, the radiator grille with the R-Line logo and the 17-inch alloy wheels with 215/40 R17 tyres. The Polo R-Line will be available with the 1.2 TSI and 1.6 TDI engines of 90 and 105 CV respectively.

• Polo RLine 1.2 TSI 105 CV, 18.520 €
• Polo RLine 1.6 TDI 90 CV, 18.870 €
• Polo RLine 1.6 TDI 105 CV, 19.350 €
