This is what Lexus will present at the Geneva Motor Show

Lexus will debut its LC 500 Convertible in Europe for the first time, along with its first electric model and other models such as the LF-30 Electrified Concept Car. Here is all of its news.

The brand of the Toyota Group will show us its new products at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show 2020, outlining everything it has in store for the coming years. The show, which will open its doors from 5 to 15 March, will feature a wealth of brands and models eager to showcase their latest innovations. Conversely, there will also be some absentees, as has become customary. This is what Lexus is presenting at the show.

Convertible and electric

Lexus proudly showcases its new LC 500 Convertible, which complements one of the finest ranges in the brand’s lineup. It has been designed around the Japanese brand’s concept of “ultimate beauty,” with every detail carefully considered both inside and out, a hallmark of Lexus.

Another highlight is its all-new 100% electric model. We already knew the Lexus UX in its hybrid versions, but now Lexus is launching the UX 300e. Derived from the UX 250h, this new compact electric SUV from Japan will mark a major step forward in the ÂToyota Group’s push to establish itself as one of the leading references in this type of mobility. Its official presentation will take place in Geneva, and it is expected to reach European dealerships towards the end of 2020.

Prototype, for now

In addition to models already set to hit the market in the coming months, Lexus will also show a Concept Car. We are referring to the LF-30 Electrified, which will offer a multitude of advanced technologies with an eye on the next decade. Although the figures are still provisional, Lexus promises a range of around 500 kilometres for this car. Viewed from today’s perspective, it seems sensational, but if the focus is on the next decade, it may well be somewhat modest…

A few days ago we told you about the innovations the new Lexus ES 300h would introduce. The main and most striking one is the digital rear-view mirrors replacing conventional mirrors. The Japanese model will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2020 in order to compete with models that have already entered the market with this new technology in operation.
