Phantom Rolls Royce Coupés Range / versions
This Rolls Royce Sweptail is the most expensive car in the world: if you want one, get ready to spend 12 million euros
At the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, the car that is arguably the most expensive in the world was presented: the Rolls Royce Sweptail, created for a single client

Owning an exclusive car is not easy at all. Either you have a lot (but a lot-a lot) of money, or you will have to settle for a vehicle that a fair number of people already have in their garage. But if you are a millionaire (and I mean a MILLIONAIRE), you can afford some luxuries that are out of reach for the rest of us mere mortals. For example, having a unique car, which may even have the honor of being the most expensive car in the world.
That is what a client of Rolls Royce has experienced, possibly one of those whom the company holds in high esteem, who ordered the creation of a one-off model that, although it is based on the Rolls Royce Phantom we currently have on the market, has received special treatment to turn it into something truly special. More special than a Phantom, I mean.

The Rolls Royce Sweptail was presented in a luxurious setting, the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. And although this event is elegance in its purest form, the car stood out on its own merits. This model, whose design, apparently, was suggested by the mysterious buyer, combines the brand’s aesthetics from the 1920s and 1930s with a nautical touch that draws on the heritage of luxury yachts.
This combination achieves a truly spectacular look, which makes this two-seater coupé a one-of-a-kind piece in the world. No more will be built, and it will remain a unique example that many elegant drivers will long for. The front end underlines its membership of the prestigious brand, but offers a more radically luxurious appearance, with a large grille framed by two round headlights, both topped by the brand’s emblem figurine, the kind that cannot be stolen.

It is at the rear where the most work has been done to bring a substantial change to the car’s image. The roof slopes down smoothly, creating a very original and attractive look. It recalls the finish that the brand’s cars had a century ago, but updated and taken to that nautical look we mentioned earlier. And the interior reproduces all the luxury so that the lucky person who sits behind the wheel feels surrounded by a spectacular environment.
On a mechanical level there are no changes, but all these aesthetic changes, which feature a design that will never be repeated and use first-class materials, make this the most expensive car ever built. You can see it in these images and in the video published by YouTuber Effspot.
