Toyota corrects itself and now says that the battery-electric RAV4 will indeed be sold to the public

Regarding the RAV4 or the Scion iQ. Now Toyota has backtracked on what was said in the last few hours about the unavailability of the RAV4 for anyone who wants to buy one and announces that it will indeed be available.

The victim has become the Scion iQ, which will be electric but (now yes) will only be sold to car sharing companies and businesses. The RAV4 has already gone through several testing stages and the truth is that it seemed to me a real nonsense not to sell it, after all the noise they made when they partnered with Tesla.

It could not have been otherwise after the RAV4 was the first electric vehicle of Toyota, before the widely publicised event of the Prius. All that remains is to wait and watch so that there are no further denials or corrections.

Quite a different matter is knowing whether the Toyota-Tesla models will ever arrive in Spain…
