Toyota updates its Verso

The fourth position in the MPV market is not enough for Toyota. That is why it has updated its Verso with some equipment changes, such as higher-quality upholstery, and has expanded its engine range.

Just like the Toyota Avensis and the Toyota Prius, the new Verso range will include the new generation of the infotainment multimedia system Toyota Touch from the Active trim onwards. Among other things, we will have a navigation system, hands-free calling and access to internet apps thanks to the Touch&Go system, although this will be optional.

The top trim, called Advance, will include xenon headlights with headlight washers. It will also come equipped with front and rear parking sensors. As it could not be otherwise in an MPV, we will have a video system for the rear seats, which will include an integrated CD/DVD player with a USB input. This option will only be available from the Active trim onwards.

Now on to the engines. To the two petrol engines and the other two diesels, one more will be added, as the new Verso will bring back the 177 CV 2.2 D-4D diesel engine.

Finally, there will also be various launch promotions with discounts of up to €4,060.
