Toyota Electric Cars Technology
Toyota would have plans to manufacture a solar car

According to an article in the Japanese newspaper The Nikkei, the Japanese company is reportedly developing, in secret, a car that would run on solar energy
The model chosen to incorporate the new technology is presumed to be the Prius, which would have solar panels fitted to the roof to charge the batteries.
The same newspaper notes that the Japanese manufacturer has this opportunity thanks to its business partner Panasonic, which is why the project has good prospects.
However, the current characteristics of solar panels only provide power for auxiliary elements such as stereo systems, air conditioning and other low-power equipment.
It is therefore likely that the project will see the light of day in the distant future, although it could also remain just an idea.
