Bugatti 57 S Atalante to be auctioned soon

This classic sports car was found by the family of a late doctor in the United Kingdom.
The story begins when some members of the family went to the late man’s home to carry out the corresponding formalities, but they never imagined finding such exclusive cars as the Bugatti 57 S Atalante and the Jaguar E-Type.
The 57S is a modified version of the classic Bugatti 57 built in 1935, of which only 17 units were produced.
The heart of this classic still has enough strength to produce 175 horsepower, allowing the sports car to reach a top speed of 209 km/h.
Since the Atalante is the only version that features elements from the Aerolithe concept of 1935, including an aluminum body and other innovations, the auction held by Bonham on February 7 is expected to raise more than 6 million euros.
