Volkswagen Amarok: the German pick-up arrives in Spain and these are its prices
The popular pick-up from Volkswagen has reached its second generation, which is now available on the Spanish market. These are the prices of its versions.

The second generation of the Volkswagen Amarok arrives in Spain, after the first one managed to sell 830,000 units worldwide. The renewal of the pick-up brings plenty of new features, designed to improve both comfort and on-board refinement and to allow work to be carried out with greater safety and efficiency.
To achieve this, it has added a good number of safety and driver-assistance elements, along with a more attractive exterior. In this area we find a more robust look, which conveys its power and its intention to be more efficient. In the entry-level version there is a black front bumper, together with 16-inch steel wheels.

The mid-range version replaces the black front bumper with one in body colour, while the rear one is black with chrome decorative details. It adds chrome to the wing mirror housings and the door handles. The silver roof bars, the rear side windows and the darkened rear window give it a different look. The wheels, in this case, are 18-inch.

At the top of the range, the Aventura trim keeps the body-coloured front bumper, but the wheels reach 21 inches. In addition, these last two versions feature an electric cover for the rear load bed.
Amarok interior
Inside, the new Volkswagen Amarok offers more space, with first-class finishes and technology to improve safety. With a longer wheelbase, the second row of seats has more room, which increases comfort. The instrumentation is placed on an 8-inch screen in the entry-level version and on 12-inch screens in the two higher versions.
The screen of the infotainment system measures 10 inches in the entry level and 12 inches in the other two. On board you will find all the technological features the brand’s models have, so the driver and passengers enjoy every comfort and the ADAS systems that improve driving.
Engines
The entry-level version offers a 2.0 TDI engine producing 170 CV, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. The Style trim, meanwhile, has a 2.0 TDI engine that raises power to 215 CV, while the Aventura trim fits a 3.0 TDI V6 engine with 241 CV. These two models are paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox.
