Volkswagen Up! automatic and five-door prices

The small city model Volkswagen will be available with automatic gearbox from next July. This automatic gearbox, called SQ100, weighs about 30 kg and has a very simple design, as is usual in these models, and its additional cost is about 830 euros compared with the manual version.
It is offered as an alternative for the three-cylinder petrol engines that deliver two different outputs of 60 or 75 CV. Their combined consumption is 4.5 and 4.7 litres per 100 kilometres respectively.
As for the five-door Volkswagen Up!, it is available in Spain with two trim levels: move up! and high up!, as well as the exclusive black up! and white up! versions, which add details such as chrome mirrors, 16-inch alloy wheels or the integrated Maps&More navigation system. The move up! sits at the entry point of the range and stands out for its 14-inch wheels, daytime running lights and electric windows.
The high up! trim includes 15-inch “Spoke” light alloy wheels and fog lights, while in the cabin the centre console is available in several colours and features some chrome elements such as the air conditioning controls, light switches and the handbrake button. To complete the equipment, it also adds electric heated exterior mirrors, a radio system with MP3 player and a leather steering wheel pack.

Furthermore, Volkswagen is already thinking about continuing to grow the Up! family and is working on two other versions: the e-up! and the eco-up!. The first of these is electrically powered and the other runs on natural gas. The eco-up! would fit a natural gas engine with 68 CV and is expected to reach the Spanish market at the beginning of next year.
For its part, the e-up! will be the brand’s first electric vehicle, fitted with an electric motor with a maximum output of 60 kW. The e-up! is capable of reaching a top speed of 135 km/h, with a 0 to 50 km/h time of 3.5 seconds, while reaching 100 km/h takes 11.3 seconds.
Finally, the price list for the Volkswagen Up!:
- Move up! 1.0 60 CV EUR 10,145
- Move up! 1.0 75 CV EUR 10,715
- High up! 1.0 60 CV EUR 11,215

- B&W up! 1.0 60 CV EUR 12,255
