Wazuma V8M, Lazareth's extreme quad

Sometimes a vehicle tuner, those professionals who customize cars and motorcycles for other brands, takes the plunge and designs and builds a model completely from scratch. Ludovic Lazareth has worked creating radical versions of motorcycles and cars for the movies, as well as building others for private clients. For several years now he has dared to launch his own line of vehicles, and thanks to that we can see the Wazuma V8M, a quad that breaks with everything we know and is truly spectacular.

Aesthetically, it is a quad with a completely futuristic look, which combines that design with a radical and original appearance. At the front we find a large concave grille, carbon fiber bumpers and headlights that follow the line of the front end, giving a very sleek style to the light signature.

But where the exclusivity of this vehicle will really show is in the engine. The Lazareth V8M uses the same engine as the Maserati GranTurismo, so it is fitted with a 4.7-litre V8 block that delivers 460 CV, an absolute madness for a vehicle of these characteristics.

To control this power, the quad features a six-speed transmission and hydraulic power steering. It will also have a specific suspension, independent and with swing arms, which is signed by TFX Suspension Technology. The disc brakes with calipers fitted to the front and rear wheels will keep this beast under control, and to improve their performance they were based on those used in Gran Turismo cars.

The OZ Racing wheels, 285 mm at the front and 315 mm at the rear, are fitted with 18-inch Michelin tyres, which also help give it that impressive look and improve the quad’s grip on the road. Only 10 units of this model will be manufactured, and its price will be around 200,000 euros. That said, as a true exclusive vehicle, it will offer a high level of customisation so that each buyer can choose the colours and other details to their taste. Impressive and elegant, even for a quad, right?
