Subaru Electric Cars Concepts Industry
We will have an electric Subaru by 2013

Little by little, almost all manufacturers are launching their electric models. There are plans and projects underway that will turn our streets and roads into a very diverse showcase of electric models in a few years’ time, once the segment is consolidated.
Meanwhile, one of those brands making its next entry into the electric world will be Subaru, which will put on the market an electric car for the year 2013, according to rumours. The new vehicle would be an improvement on the Stella prototype or a new model based on the Stella.
During the first phase, a certain number of customers will receive the first electric Subaru on a trial basis. The Stella platform is a small all-rounder that has been sold in Japan since 2004 and has proven to be an excellent launch platform for the brand’s electric car.
If the characteristics of the electric Stella presented last year at the G8 summit in Japan remain the same in terms of range and recharging capacity, we will have a tough nut to crack for the competition, trying to improve on the meagre range results achieved so far.
