Weinsberg Caralife: the new camper proposal from the German company
The vehicle conversion company has worked on the FIAT Ducato, which has become a practical and appealing motorhome for leisure.

Camper vehicles are going through a very attractive moment. More and more vans are being adapted for use during free time, and that is important. Workshops specialised in building these leisure vehicles have multiplied, and now we get the latest proposal from the German Weinsberg, which sits below its previous series, the CaraBus. This one is called the CaraLife, and we are going to tell you what it offers.
This conversion is simpler than others the company has carried out, and it is a camper very close to what an individual can do, with quality materials and a good finish. It is based on a Fiat Ducato L4 H2, which has a length of 6.36 metres, allowing enough space to create a good camperised vehicle.

Good equipment… without a bathroom
Inside the cabin we find fairly complete equipment, with a spacious kitchen, in an L shape. It has a very large work surface and also includes a sink and a hob with two burners. The fridge is located at the bottom and has a capacity of 90 litres, with an integrated freezer.

The dining table can be folded away, leaving room for two sofas. The bed is raised, which allows for more storage space. There are also several cupboards at the top, which provide a good amount of storage surface. However, this layout has two drawbacks.
The first is that it does not have a traditional bathroom. This means you can have a portable toilet and a removable shower, which provide the service you need and do not take up interior space, but they are not as comfortable as traditional bathrooms. Another drawback is that the rear area is not connected to the driving area, which means you have to get out of the vehicle to move from one zone to the other.
That said, it is a good camperised vehicle and offers very good value for money. There is no price for Spain, but in Germany, the brand’s country of origin, it starts at 59,990 euros, although it has a large number of options that will raise that price depending on the buyer’s tastes.
