When a Bugatti Veyron SS is not enough

Imagine having enough money to buy and enjoy, with its magnificent presence, a vehicle as astonishing as a Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, the supercar listed as the fastest production vehicle on the planet.

Among its credentials, no less than a W16 quad-turbo engine capable of producing no less than 1,200 horsepower, enough so that, through a peculiar all-wheel-drive system, it can reach a top speed of 415 km/h, but… what if that were not enough?

Picture yourself in your beautiful Bugatti Veyron SS at the start line of an event as attractive as the Goodwood Festival of Speed, showing what this beautiful and unique supercar is capable of, when the marshals tell you no, to step aside because there is a vehicle behind you that is much faster.

You would surely think, “Could it be a Formula One car?” Well, no, not at all: it is the long-awaited Hennessey Venom GT, a vehicle that, with the same horsepower as your car, plays the same cards as you but with much less weight, so much so that one of its most feared figures is precisely its ability to accelerate from 0 to 320 km/h in 15.9 seconds.
