Zagato TZ3 Stradale, Viper's heart but Alfa's soul

One month after giving us the latest news about the new model that Zagato was going to build and that was in full development, a vehicle that would reach the market under the name Zagato TZ3 Stradale, we finally have the first images and, above all, the details that make it so appealing.
As we discussed at the time, the TZ3 Corsa was a model created to order by Carrozzeria Zagato itself, meant as a clear tribute to the centenary of Alfa Romeo. As such, and above all as a fitting tribute to Alfa, the original TZ3 Corsa was built on the basis of an Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, something that has changed, as we will see below.

Thus, and above all because the 8C Competizione was a limited edition with very few examples on the market, Zagato has decided to change its base and create the new TZ3 Stradale on the platform of the Dodge Viper ACR, which has been fitted with a made-to-measure body manufactured in carbon fiber.
The truth is, it is very striking that, to pay tribute to a brand like Alfa Romeo and, above all, to the many decades the two brands have been collaborating, it is Zagato that is tasked with presenting a new vehicle, and that this one in particular does not use a single part of Alfa Romeo.
If you are a fan of this vehicle, I will only tell you that Zagato plans to build just 9 units, of which the first unit, specifically the one you can see on screen, belongs to Eric Rey, a private American collector, while units two and three will be sold to customers in Japan and Europe respectively.
