Nissan Note Aura Nismo 2022, the small hybrid from Nissan is renewed for next year

The second half of the year is characterized by brands already revealing their upcoming novelties for the following year. In the case of Nissan, the new Nissan Note Aura Nismo 2022 has just been presented, an update of this small model from the Japanese brand that aims to be present in the market in 2022. And it will do so with striking visual changes and some sporty touches to enhance the driving experience.

Nismo models have a very pronounced sporty component, and in this case it is an addition that comes from the world of competition of the Formula E, with elements taken from the competition vehicle. To begin with, we discover a Nismo diffuser with red details.

The image is reinforced by the presence of 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, but also by red-colored mirror housings. The side skirts are the same color, and the rear presents a very dynamic look, thanks to a completely new diffuser and bumper, designed for this variant.

In the interior we find some variations from the original design, as the seats have been replaced with sportier ones. The upholstery is a combination of synthetic leather and fabric and features embroidered NISMO logo with decorative trim in the same red color seen on the exterior.

Where there are no changes is in the drivetrain. It is equipped with the same e-Power system. It consists of a 1.2-liter combustion engine that works as a generator powering two electric motors. Together, they provide 134 CV of power and a maximum torque of 300 Nm.

To keep driving under control, three driving modes are offered: Normal, ECO and NISMO mode, designed to deliver maximum performance on the road, track and city. Other details include an improved suspension, as well as better aerodynamic management, so driving this model will be a real pleasure. That said, we don’t have other details such as the price or marketing information.
