A man is building his own Ford GT90 Concept in his home garage

If there is one concept Ford that stands out above the rest, it is the model you see on screen: a vehicle designed by Ford as a modern reinterpretation of how the Ferrari of the future should look, a car presented in the early 1990s that still remains an absolute delight.
To begin with, let me explain that this vehicle had its origins, and hence its name, in an attempt to beat one of the legends of the automotive world, a car intended to outdo the very GT40, for which Ford developed a huge V12 capable of producing the staggering figure, for its era, of 750 horsepower

As for the history of the vehicle you see on screen, it was built from scratch in the home garage of Adan Pintek, its builder and current owner. Technically, it is nothing more than a supercar that bears a strong resemblance to the iconic Ford GT90.
Among the most striking details is the use of a chassis made by a Formula 1 constructor, or a 6.2-litre V8 engine which, thanks to a twin-turbo system, is capable of producing power very close to, according to Pintek himself, 1,000 horsepower
