Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate: a final special edition to bid farewell to the current generation of the model
Limited to a production run of 499 units, the special edition of the Aston Martin DBS features an exclusive design and is presented as the most powerful DBS in the model’s history.
Just a few days after announcing the arrival of the most powerful Aston Martin DBS in its history, the British firm has today finally unveiled its DBS 770 Ultimate, a special edition of which 300 units will be built in coupé bodywork and 199 units in Volante convertible bodywork, and which also features the most powerful engine in the history of this prestigious model.
The name of the edition is no coincidence: as the brand itself announced at the presentation, it will be the farewell version of the current generation of the DBS, which lives alongside us today and will be replaced in the coming months by a successor generation, possibly bidding farewell to the marvellous V12 engine fitted to this version.
Starting with its appearance, the new Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate boasts a sublime design worthy of what the brand has accustomed us to, combining British elegance and sportiness that make it one of the most attractive luxury sports cars on the current market.

The design of the Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate
The aesthetic novelties of the new edition of the DBS begin at the front, where the new bumper, with a huge grille and larger air intakes, gives it a truly sporty look.
From the side view, the new 21-inch wheels, available in four finishes, the gills just behind the front wheel arch, and the mirror housings and sill trims in carbon fibre lend it a special touch of charm, making it clear almost immediately that this is not a conventional version of the model.

At the rear, the sporty carbon diffuser housing the four exhaust outlets, the small rear spoiler integrated over the end of the tailgate, and the rear LED lights with an elegant light signature complete the refined image of the DBS 770 Ultimate.
Plenty of carbon inside too
From the doors inwards, leather and carbon fibre dominate the entire cabin, standing out above all in its hexagonal steering wheel with carbon fibre at the top and bottom, the carbon gear paddles, and the centre console oriented towards the driver with plenty of carbon fibre. We must not forget the seats either: this DBS fits Sport Plus seats upholstered in leather and Alcantara, with a carbon fibre structure, which are the icing on the cake of the interior of this four-wheeled fantasy.

As for its mechanical side, the Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate uses a 5.2-litre V12 petrol engine which, on this occasion, produces 770 CV and a maximum torque of 900 Nm, all paired with an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox and rear-wheel drive. With all this, this special edition is capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds in coupé form (3.6 seconds in the convertible) and reaching a top speed of up to 340 km/h.
Although its price has not even been confirmed, the 499 units built of this special edition already have an owner.
