Audi Center Madrid Norte: the new super-dealership of Audi
Buying a vehicle becomes a whole experience at the new Audi Center Madrid Norte, a dealership that puts technology at the service of the customer.
Audi is committed to technology not only in its cars, but also in the way it sells them. At a time when the future of traditional car dealerships is in question, the four-ring brand presents us with facilities that change the way the customer relationship is understood.

It is not the first dealership of this type, which Audi calls “Audi terminal”. They respond to a technological concept that takes into account integration into cities, environmental compatibility and a very distinctive design. There are already more than 700 Audi terminals operating in different cities around the world.
Audi’s most technologically advanced dealership
Seen from the outside, you might guess what you will find at the Audi Center Madrid Norte… but you will be left wanting more. Clearly, this is not an ordinary dealership. The facilities cover an area of more than 11,000 square meters, almost half of which is dedicated to customer service. The building was erected in record time: just 9 months, with an investment of almost 7 million euros.

There are two distinct areas, one for the display of new vehicles, and another where cars from the used vehicle program are exhibited Audi selection :plus. In total, almost 40 models are on display. As a customer, you are unlikely to access the workshop area. But the truth is that it is absolutely impressive: this is the Audi dealership with the largest workshop area in all of Madrid.

More than 200 parking spaces, an accessories boutique, a café… The services available and, above all, the premium feel in every detail never cease to surprise at every corner of the dealership. It has also been equipped with the future in mind, with the Audi e-tron already on sale, and Audi’s plans to have 12 electrified models by 2025.

It is the Audi dealership with the most charging stations for electric cars: two 22 kW units in the delivery area, two more in the workshop, one 50 kW unit in the outdoor car park and two 3.2 kW sockets in the showroom.
Digital configuration and virtual reality
But without a doubt, what will most surprise Audi customers is the possibility of digitally configuring their vehicle, and of experiencing any choice they make through virtual reality technology.
To do this, the dealership has two rooms called Customer Private Lounges featuring screens of up to 98 inches, and three spaces in the customer area with 75-inch screens.

iPads are available at all times during the showroom visit, and customers can use virtual reality glasses to digitally visualize what their dream Audi would look like.
Audi Customer Experience: the customer is the centre of attention
A novelty that Audi introduces into its sales process is what the brand calls the Audi Customer Experience. It is not new: those who have been through a dealership of Lexus, for example, will know what we mean. Ultimately, it is about offering very personalised service in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

To this end, Audi has created a series of roles, with specialised staff, that are key during the special process followed when attending to its customers. This process begins with welcoming the customer to the brand’s facilities, before moving on to the static demonstration and then the dynamic test drive of the model.

It is complemented by workshops and specific information sessions to better understand the technology incorporated in the vehicles, aiming to ensure that throughout the entire process, the customer enjoys moments that convey emotion, not only at the handover of the vehicle.
