For now it is still only a rumour, but what is clear is that BMW wants to attract a large number of potential customers for the launch of its fully electric model, the BMW i3. Among the ways of attracting them, the brand could add the option of having the cost of installing the domestic fast-charging system covered by the manufacturer itself.

However, this is not the only campaign BMW has launched, as it will also offer i3 buyers the chance to have access to a model from the brand with a conventional engine twice a year, so they can make somewhat longer trips.

The next Frankfurt Motor Show is the chosen venue to unveil the final model, with its commercial launch beginning just a few weeks later. As for prices, the BMW i3 will start at around €40,800 for the conventional model, while the range-extended version will rise to €44,300.
