Just in case the twin-turbo V8 engine with a 5.5-litre displacement fitted as standard in the Mercedes S63 Coupe didn’t seem like enough, its official tuner now shows us the Brabus 850 Biturbo Coupe 6.0. Power and performance are two words that undoubtedly define this model, which will make its debut at the next Geneva Motor Show.

The Brabus 850 Biturbo Coupe 6.0 features significant aesthetic modifications to its exterior that give it a more dynamic look, while the interior raises the level of elegance and comfort a notch higher with gold-coloured details.

Starting with its exterior styling, the Brabus 850 Biturbo Coupe 6.0 differs from the standard model by featuring a new front bumper with slightly more pronounced air intakes, carbon-fibre elements, and a new diffuser and rear spoiler. The tyre set has also been modified, with Brabus Monoblock wheels ranging from 18 to 22 inches. Moving inside the cabin, we find new leather upholstery for the seats, new details on the doors and dashboard, plus a total of 219 parts painted in gold.

However, the most important thing about the Brabus 850 Biturbo Coupe 6.0 lies under its bonnet. No less than a heavily modified V8 that now has a displacement of 5.9 litres. Among the modifications carried out, the new turbochargers with larger compressor units and the modified exhaust manifolds stand out, while there is also a new intake module and ECU reprogramming.

The result of all this is a power output of 850 CV at 5,400 rpm and a maximum torque of 1,450 Nm available between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm. To reach 100 km/h, the Brabus 850 Biturbo Coupe 6.0 needs just 3.5 seconds, while 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) takes 9.4 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 350 km/h.
