The Brabus G500 4x4² gets a touch of (more) luxury thanks to Carlex Design
The customisation company Carlex Design has set its sights on the Brabus G500 4×4² to give the off-roader a new and spectacular look with a unique design

Some time ago a new generation of the Mercedes G500 4×4² was announced, but we still have to wait before it reaches the market. While the new model arrives, owners of the current version can choose to improve their car thanks to the work of Carlex Design, one of the car tuners that has set its sights on the model and created something that, personally, I find an incredible car. Would you like to know what they have done with it?
To begin with, the predominant colour is yellow, which features on the bodywork along with black details. To reinforce that contrast, it is also present in the interior, but in reverse. That is, the predominant colour in the cabin is black, but the accents in yellow, both in the upholstery and in the other interior elements, create a very striking atmosphere.

Since looks aren’t everything and the driving experience is not measured only by the vehicle’s capability, Carlex Design has also focused on achieving good sound, which has been entrusted to Pro Audio Tychy, who will deliver a spectacular sound for tackling the most demanding terrain to the rhythm of good music.
Bearing in mind that this is a G500 4×4², we are talking about a model powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine producing 493 CV and a maximum torque of 710 Nm, sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic gearbox. But Carlex has not wanted to stop at the exterior and interior looks, so it has decided to slightly tune the powertrain and give it an upgrade by adding 78 CV more and raising the maximum torque by 100 Nm, achieving a total output of 571 CV and 810 Nm of torque. An absolute beast, yet one with all the style we need to show it off on outings into the countryside. What do you think of this update to the G500 4×4²?
