(L to R) 2017 Cadillac CTS-V super sedan and 2017 Cadillac ATS-V
Cadillac is preparing the 2017 ATS and CTS ranges with a sport pack featuring cosmetic changes. It is called Carbon Black and is available on both the standard versions and the sportier ATS-V and CTS-V variants.

As its name suggests, black takes centre stage, with details in that tone added both outside and inside. Mechanically, there are no changes, keeping the performance of the rest of the versions.

On the ATS, this pack includes a black chrome front grille, window trim, multi-spoke wheels with a two-tone finish, a rear spoiler and door handles in body colour. Inside, the standout features are sport front seats signed by Recaro, which come as standard with this Carbon Black pack. The ATS-V variant also adds a carbon fibre kit that is visible on the front, the sill covers, the diffuser and the larger rear spoiler. Inside, the suede-trimmed steering wheel and gear lever catch the eye.

On the Cadillac CTS2017 Cadillac CTS-V super sedan with available Carbon Black spor the changes are very similar, if not practically identical, following the line of the ATS and ATS-V. In this case, the Recaro seats are only included as standard in the Carbon Black pack for the sporty CTS-V variant. Everything else is the same, except for the suede trim that came as standard on the ATS, which on the CTS is only included in the higher-performance version.

Prices have yet to be announced for this sport pack that makes black its flag. However, the American brand has confirmed its arrival in the US market, which is planned for late summer. That said, customers wishing to purchase it can already place their orders at the corresponding dealerships.

We recall that both the Cadillac ATS and CTS have been sold in Spain. The saloon version of the ATS was priced, at the time of its arrival, at around 41,000 euros, while the CTS arrived a couple of years ago for almost 55,000 euros.
